THE PRODUCTION IS SPLIT INTO 2 PROCESSES:A.
Fabrication Process
1. Aluminum sheets are sheared to size
2. Notching and punching
3. Forming to required shapes
4. Welding and polishing
B. Finishing (Painting)
1. A multi-stage aluminum metal cleaning and pretreatment system,
necessary to satisfy test requirements of the American Architectural Manufacturers
Association (AAMA 603/605).
2. Spray equipment - electrostatic and conventional - required to apply a uniform coating.
3 Baking facilities to cure the coatings for maximum hardness, mar resistance and exterior
