| EVERBOND DESCRIPTION EVERBOND is polyurethane resin which is elastic elastomer derived from the reaction of alcohol and isocyanate. It is a pourable polymerizable liquid when mixed part A & part B componets to form an elastomer and cures in 12 hours. After the drying period, EVERBOND will become a tough, durable, resilient, impermeable barrier to water and most aqueous rogions. It may apply on concrete, screeding, metal substrate, bituthene, glass, timber, Alum extrusion, roof tiles, etc. ADVANTAGES OF MATERIAL *Installation is a cold-applied method, which eliminate dangerous heating system and minimize disturbance caused. *EVERBOND seamless system has a self-leveling function, which provides a continuous waterproofing layer for huge dimension structures. *Pourable liquid which may apply on irregular or curve shape. *Good mechanical properties. Large elongation ability (up to 680%): crack resistance regardless of substrate crackings. *Performance stable on temperature Fluctuation(-35¢XC to 85¢XC). *Excellent resistance to ultraviolet. *Excellent adhesion and elasticity properties. It may apply on concrete, screeding, metal substrate, Bituthene, glass, timber, Alum. extrustion, roof tiles. etc. *Curing time, is shortest and ready for foot on the surface within few hours. *Easy to apply, large machine is not required and easy to train technical workers. *Easy to repair, the membrane will not be totally destroyed when partial area is damaged. Only damaged area should be repaired. *Light in weight and thin in thickness only 1.5 mm thick of membrane required. *Economical in cost. *Allows many colour top coating finish. |
