EXCEL DESCRIPTION Excel Waterproofing Sealer is an environmentally safe, water based, breathable, high binding, clear acrylic, penetrating sealer/primer. It seals, waterproofs, primes, protects and highlights the natural beauty in the colours of the materials on which it is used. It goes on milky white but dries clear to waterproof, seal and bond. ADVANTAGES *Low V.O.C'S - Environmentally safe * Waterproofs - Lasts up to 5 years. *Masonry conditioner - Recoat with paint within 2 hours depending on temperature & humidity. *Rejuvenates old brick and old plaster - Increase bonding strength. *Binder/Clear primer over vinyl siding - To improve paint adhesion. *Will bring down the pH factor in hot cement, stucco and plaster paint over in less than 7 days. *Will bind up chalky surfaces - Recoat with either latex or alkyd paints, within 2-4 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity. *Add to block filler to give better protection, adhesion & coverage to the top coat. *Add excel to latex paint. Improve spread and adhesion. *Add excel to all latex sealers and primers. Improves adhesion and reduces risk of top coat failure. *Mixed 1/1 with latex paint, it will kill water stain bleed throuch.
