Pantech Solid Aluminium Panels are made of solid premium aluminium sheet. Through a process of bending and finishing invented especially for products meant for architectural applications, the panels achieve superior flatness, high mechanical strength and are protected with high performance oven baked Kynar 500 based fluoropolymer (PVDF) paint.

Specifications
- 2.5 to 4mm thick aluminium sheet of alloy AA3003 or AA5005 and to be complied with BS4300 and ASTM B209.
- Standard Sheet Size: Up to 1,525m X 4,000mm (oversize panel available upon requested)
- The finish shall be a dispersion coating based on Kynar 500 resin as formulated and applied in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and it shall meet or exceeded the performance criteria of AAMA 2605 specification.
- Stiffeners are secured by mechanical which means (stud bolts – BS1476) giving better strength.
- Tolerance: thickness +/-0.18mm, width +/- 2mm and length (+/- 2mm), bow 0.4% & diagonal 3mm
